We are Western Oregon’s first and only clinic to offer TMS Therapy. We serve patients from Eugene, Springfield, Junction City, Florence, Bend and other areas in Lane County and beyond. Our clinic is centrally located in Eugene’s Delta Triad Professional Complex, just across Delta Highway from Valley River Center.

About The Medical Director

Dr. Jocelyn W. BonnerDr. Jocelyn W. Bonner is board certified in psychiatry, having received her Bachelors of Science degree from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia and her Medical Degree from Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, N.C. Dr. Bonner completed her residency in general psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh. She has special interests and training in TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), long and short term treatments using medications, supportive psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, tobacco cessation and cognitive behavioral treatment of insomnia.

Dr. Jocelyn Bonner has been in private practice in Eugene, Oregon since 1995. She moved to Eugene from Seattle, Washington where she worked at a community behavioral health center after serving in the military as a psychiatrist. She continued to work in public service at Lane County Behavioral Health until 2014 and continues at the Center for Family Development and Madrone Mental Health Services.

As the Medical Director for Emerald TMS, Dr. Bonner strives to deliver patient-centered care in a respectful and inclusive environment.

In her leisure time, Dr. Bonner enjoys the arts, jogging, reading and traveling.
