We are Western Oregon’s first and only clinic to offer TMS Therapy. We serve patients from Eugene, Springfield, Junction City, Florence, Bend and other areas in Lane County and beyond. Our clinic is centrally located in Eugene’s Delta Triad Professional Complex, just across Delta Highway from Valley River Center.
About The Medical Director
Dr. Paul Choi is board certified in psychiatry and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Duke University. He earned his medical degree from Stanford University and postdoctoral training from the University of Washington. Dr. Choi has special interests and training in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation as well as other treatment modalities.
Dr. Choi has an interest in TMS as an effective, non-pharmaceutical treatment for depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other neurological and psychiatric conditions.
Dr. Choi has been an integral part of the Eugene psychiatric community since 2012. He is an attending psychiatrist at the Lane County Behavioral Health Clinic and has a private practice.
Dr. Choi has a passion for helping people, including finding ways to recover from depression and other psychiatric conditions.
As the Medical Director for Emerald TMS, Dr. Choi strives to deliver patient centered care in a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment.

Lane County’s very first TMS center
Emerald TMS is is Lane County’s very first TMS center. We have been operating in the Eugene-Springfield area for 2 years. Since opening we have seen great success treating depression, and hope to begin treating other conditions such as anxiety, migraines, chronic pain, early onset dementia among others. We are passionate about serving those in Lane county who are suffering from depression, and are excited to offer an alternative to anti-depressant medications.
